IHFRA To Offer Services For Reps During The High Point Show

The International Home Furnishings Representatives Association will offer a wide range of services at the Spring High Point Market. The IHFRA Office is located at IHFC Main Wing Lower Level. Market hours of 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. begin on Saturday, March 24 and will continue until Sunday, April 1. Pagers may be rented for the entire Market at the cost of $44.95. Please reserve your pagers in advance by calling the IHFRA Office. Free legal counsel for IHFRA members will be available on Thursday, March 29 from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Call the IHFRA Office to schedule your appointment. All current Opportunity Center ads will be available for IHFRA members seeking additional lines. Manufacturers are encouraged to post job openings prior to Spring Market. Insurance Specialists Inc. representative Nathan Gardner will be available on Saturday, March 24 and Sunday, March 25. ISI has added discounted long term care insurance for IHFRA members to round out their offerings of Accident and Sickness Disability, Comprehensive Accident Coverage and Group Term Life. Representatives of both Craft Insurance and Shenandoah Life will be in the IHFRA Office on Saturday, March 24 and Sunday, March 25 to explain the new affordable Dental Plan and answer questions about dental insurance. Office Depot’s representative Allen Maine will be available both Sunday March 25 and Tuesday March 27 to answer questions about the Office Depot discount, new printing options available and make free luggage tags from members’ business cards. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage will have representatives in the IHFRA Office from Tuesday, March 27 through Saturday, March 25to discuss your home mortgage need. Wells Fargo offers discounts up to $1,000 total benefit per loan per member. AFLAC representative Kris Andrews will answer questions on AFLAC’s Accident Plan on Saturday March 24 and Sunday, March 25. Discount code for the Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino for July Las Vegas Market will be available for IHFRA members only. All other discount codes for hotels and car rentals are available on the IHFRA website, www.ihfra.org. New Members’ Day is Tuesday, March 27. New members are eligible for a drawing to win free IHFRA membership for one year, free night’s stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites, Office Depot gift card, and 50% off Enterprise Car Rental for the Fall 2007 High Point Market. The Association will also host Market social events including the Presidential Gala and Awards Ceremony on Saturday, March 24, Furniture Industry Awards Gala (co-hosting with NHFA) on Tuesday, March 27; IHFRA Market Social on Wednesday, March 28, and the Tri-State Chapter Market Social on Thursday, March 29.
