Fashion Bed Group Relocates High Point Showroom To Main 530

Fashion Bed Group, a Leggett and Platt company, announced their move to a newly designed and updated showroom location in space #530 in the Main Wing of the International Home Furnishings Center (IHFC) building. The new space will also be home to Southern Textiles and Westex International, both Leggett and Platt companies. The new showroom will be introduced at the Fall 2006 High Point market. According to Stephen Sczubelek, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Consumer Products Unit, “Customers will see an updated showroom in a high traffic area of the Main Wing. The new design and spacious layout will offer them a more exciting presentation of our complete lineup of metal and wood beds, daybeds and futons, as well as our extensive offering of quality bedding support and fashionable top of bed products. Also, the full store front window design will provide an expanded and more visually pleasing setting for the new products we continue to introduce at each market.” At the Fall High Point market, customers will be introduced to the Fashion Bed Group’s new Wood & Leather line, a moderately priced group of wood and leather beds and coordinating accessories, as well as an expanded selection of styles and finishes in the Value Priced Wood Bed line. In addition, Southern Textiles will be presenting a new selection of fashion right patterns for their Elite comforter ensemble line. Fashion Bed Group products include ornamental beds, daybeds, futons, bunk beds, juvenile beds, bedroom accessories and bedding support products. The top-of-bed division includes quality down and feather pillows, comforters and feather beds from Westex International and comforter ensembles for beds and daybeds, sheets, mattress pads and protectors, and pillows from Southern Textiles. These three companies form the Consumer Products Unit of Leggett & Platt, a leader in home furnishings and components.
