Emerald has been a leader in the dining room and occasional table category for several years and will be a real asset to our growing mix of exceptional tenants.” Emerald Home Furnishings is a full-line wholesale importer and distributor of home furnishings and decorative accessories. Today, the operation occupies a 210,000-square foot-warehouse which includes a mattress manufacturing facility and a product lineup that includes fabric and leather upholstery and motion furniture, casual and formal dining room furniture, bedroom suites and a complete line of occasional and accent pieces.
