Trivett’s Furniture was honored on May 17th, 2006 with the Gold Level Award from Lane Industries. Earned for having increased sales by over 50% from 2004 to 2005, Trivett’s Furniture sells and showcases more Lane family rooms, leather and motion in the Trivett’s Furniture Showroom Gallery than any other furniture store in Virginia. Trivett’s Furniture started in 1991 by brothers Michael and Danny Trivett with a vision: to establish a furniture company that would be second to none. Today Trivett’s Furniture is a 24-hour operation selling and delivering more furniture and fine home accessories than any other store in the region. “Quality name brands people trust at the very best price and the largest selection of furniture on display makes Trivett’s a destination for families from all over Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C.,” said Michael Trivett, President of Trivett’s Furniture. “Having over 150 professionally decorated rooms and a super staff sets us apart. To date, this is larger than any other regional retail employer in the furniture industry. Lane Furniture was started in AltaVista Virginia in 1912. Lane soon become a major force in the upholstered furniture industry. Today, the wood and upholstered divisions have become Lane Home Furnishings.
