Dan Ide Named VP Eastern Region For Progressive Furniture

Industry veteran Dan Ide has joined Progressive Furniture and Royal Patina effective March 9, 2006 as Vice President of Sales/Eastern Region, reporting to Rick Stroud, Executive Vice President/Sales & Marketing. Mr. Ide comes to Progressive and Royal Patina from Orleans where he had a very successful tenure. A 25-year veteran of the industry with stints at Simmons, Pennsylvania House, and Riverside, Dan has an excellent track record of meeting, exceeding, and leading successful sales efforts. “We are excited to have Dan join us in this new position where he will be responsible for implementing a business plan that will meet our growth expectations during the coming years. He will have responsibility for all sales and marketing functions for the Eastern portion of the United States, and we look forward to his expertise in working with our sales force and our customers,” said Stroud.
