Broyhill Furniture Industries, one of the largest full-line furniture producers in the world, recently filled sales management positions covering their eastern and western territories. Taking over as eastern sales manager is Phil Goodson, a veteran Broyhill sales representative with 21 years of service. David Pinamonti, vice president of sales for Broyhill stated, “Phil’s two decades of sales experience coupled with his previous years of expertise in the retail industry allows him to bring an additional facet to this job that will truly expound his leadership skills.” Goodson is a resident of Saratoga, New York. Broyhill has also hired Jim Kelly as western sales manager. Most recently Kelly was national sales manager at Modus Furniture International in Los Angeles, and also worked with Fairmount Designs as vice president of sales. Pinamonti added, “With Jim’s impressive experience, he will be a strong anchor for our western region. We are continuing to grow and develop a great sales team, and we are glad to have Phil and Jim in place to oversee and drive that momentum forward.” Broyhill Furniture’s extensive line includes products for living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, home entertainment, and home office. Broyhill Furniture is headquartered in Lenoir, North Carolina and is part of Furniture Brands International (NYSE:FBN), also the parent company of Drexel Heritage, Henredon, Maitland-Smith, Lane, and Thomasville.
