Global Furniture USA To Double Its Headquarter's Size

Alex Rubinshteyn, Managing Director of Global Furniture USA, announced the opening of its new 150,000 sq ft headquarters and warehouse in East Brunswick, NJ. The new site, located at 47 Sixth Street, will replace Global Furniture’s current 65,000 sq ft headquarters in Edison NJ by the end of February. While the transition is being completed, Global will continue doing business at its Edison location until further notice. Rubinshteyn said, “Although Global Furniture is known for its container shipments, our by-the-piece sales to independent retailers are growing significantly. Our decision to expand our headquarters was made primarily to accommodate sales to our independent customers in the region as well as to enlarge our international headquarters operation. Our expanded warehouse will give us the opportunity to provide independent retailers with immediate U.S. access to a larger selection of quality contemporary furniture.” The new East Brunswick headquarters will be the flagship for the Global Furniture USA system, which offers direct pick-up or shipment to its growing base of independent retailers from warehouses in New Jersey, Florida, Illinois, California, and Toronto, Canada. Global will also direct its worldwide container business from this headquarters.
