Co-Owner of Brownstreet Furniture Passes at 67

Baxter Hart Wrightson, 67, of Mt. Prospect Road, Lancaster, NH died after a long battle with prostate cancer at his home on March 13th, 2005. His infectious good spirit and sense of humor remained until the last. Mr. Wrightson was raised in Darien, CT, attended Princeton University and served in the Army where he earned his pilot's license and achieved the rank of Second Lieutenent. Mr. Wrightson was the vice president and co-owner of Brown Street Furniture, a furniture manufacturing firm in Whitefield, NH. He was an avid sailor and traveled extensively with his wive and children. Baxter, a true bon vivant, will be fondly remembered by his family and friends. He is survived by his beloved wife Jan New Wrightson, his former wife Diana Wrightson and their children Cassandra Wrightson and Beau Wrightson, both of San Francisco; two brothers, Dave Hart of Phoenix, AZ and Joe Hart of San Diego, CA. Memorial services will be held in Lancaster, NH on March 17th.
