Homecrest Industries, Inc., is introducing the new Montgomery Sling collection to its line of casual outdoor furniture for 1998. "We're very pleased with the success of the Florida Sling and Holly Hill Sling collections introduced in 1997, so Homecrest is adding the new Montgomery Sling to our line to give retailers and customers another option in an aluminum framed sling," said Jan Trinkley, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Homecrest. Sling furniture has an advantage over cushioned furniture for those people whose leisure time is at a premium; sling furniture is low maintenance and easily cleaned while cushions can take longer to dry. The Montgomery Sling Collection, along with all Homecrest products, is available in the Sable finish, one of Homecrest's new frame finishes for 1998. "Green frame finishes have been very popular in the 1990s, but we feel the public is ready for something new. Homecrest is debuting the new Sable finish, a subtly textured taupe, as an additional frame finish in 1998."
