New PROFITsystems web site offers education

PROFITsystems, Inc. announced the opening of its new World Wide Web site for 1998. The new site is currently available with a library of articles and educational materials tailored for furniture retailers. Subjects from inventory reduction methods to gross margin discussions can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with an improved and easy to use navigational interface. "Our company philosophy has always centered around education", says PROFITsystems President, Brian McCarthy, "and we wanted this philosophy to carry over to our web site. The 'Education' portion of our site concentrates on procedures and plans retailers can implement to cure problem areas, increase productivity and insure the health of their organization in general." The new site, over 6 months in construction, replaces the original PROFITsystems site with technical improvements and dozens of new articles, documents and links on current and critical retail furniture issues. According to Curtis Chambers who oversees the web site project, "The popularity of the new site has been growing over the past few weeks with the number of visitors doubling every four days or so. The site is constantly changing and progressing with more information and productivity tools being added daily."
