Southern Home Furnishings Association will hold its annual meeting June 14-17 at the King and Prince and Golf Resort at St. Simons Island, GA. Dr. Harvey Goldstein, nationally renowned expert in the field of negotiation will teach an Executive Negotiation Skills Workshop. Dr. Goldstein has made guest appearances on Nightline and 6O Minutes. Chief executive officers from the retail merchants association in South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia will participate in a panel discussion on current legislative Issues impacting retailers. A trip to Cancun or a $1,000 each prize will be presented to the retailer winning the Best Idea Competition. Other activities will include golf and tennis outings.
