At the Summer 2000 Markets, the Powell Company and Generations For The 21st Century will introduce over 100 new introductions in several different product categories. In Powell Furniture, new introductions include 3 new "Step-Up" Glider Rockers, Victorian Oak Accent Items, 5 Piece Card Table Sets, 3 Panel Screens, Table Top Candle Stands, and Accents. The Powell Bed Collection introductions will include 8 new sku saver beds, featuring both traditional castings and contemporary styling. 3 new daybeds are also part of the new introductions. Styles include mixed media and traditional. The new introductions to the Powell "Our Kids" catalog include several new Youth room environments which include beds, bookcases, accent chests, theme cabinets, desks, and CD holders. To Powell's "Step-Up" division, Generations For The 21st Century, introductions include three new Dining Room environments. These Dining Rooms include a Casual Dining Set with solid wood construction, turned and fluted legs, upholstered seat cushions, and a variety of coordinating accents. Two Hand Painted groups include detailed table tops, distressed finishes, and quality details throughout. Several accent items are also part of the introductions. These include Parson's Chairs, Chairside Chests, Bombe Chests, Kitchen Islands, and more! The Powell Company will be showing at the Summer markets in San Francisco, Space #601 Mart 1, and in Tupelo, Space #9020, Tupelo Furniture Building 4. A breakfast and gourmet lunch will be served at each summer market.
