WITHIT Names Full-Time Executive Director

Women in the Home Industries (WithIt) has named Sara M. Lyke as its first full-time executive director. Lyke comes to WithIt with extensive experience in sales, management, strategic and tactical planning, information systems, business process improvements and financial analysis. For the past year, she had been running her own sales and consulting business out of her home in Greensboro. Previously, she had been senior vice president of sales and management for FiTECH Systems, a Greensboro-based software development house for the financial industry. Adesso’s Margaret Traub, a WithIt vice president and head of the search committee, said, "Hiring a full-time executive director is a monumental step in the growth and development of WithIt. We are delighted to welcome Sara aboard. She impressed us all tremendously with her experience, her can-do attitude, her IT skills and her positive approach to taking over and running this very exciting organization."
