King Koil Signs License Agreement with FOMTEX, S. A.

Ernie Friedman, President of King Koil and Hector Guillén of FOMTEX S.A., Guatemala jointly announced the signing of a License agreement for the manufacture and marketing of King Koil Brand Sleep Products in Guatemala. The agreement includes distribution rights for El Salvador, Honduras and Belize. Friedman stated, "We welcome FOMTEX, S.A. into King Koil's global family of licensed manufacturers. It expands our presence in Latin America, where King Koil is manufactured in Panama, Argentina, Brazil, Columbia and Ecuador."
