NexGel™ announced that it will debut its redesigned mattress collection at the upcoming Las Vegas Market, Jan. 30 – Feb 3, 2012. The collection combines the latest in advanced comfort technologies with the shape-conforming comfort of gel. It incorporates a full layer of honeycomb gel columns to eliminate pressure point discomfort and provide superior durability over its competitors.
With a sleek new look, the contemporary collection features soft, cotton ticking with a bold, mosaic design that forms a swirl-like confetti pattern on the cover. The revamped line also uses warm grey side panels and a braided border fabric, enhancing the collections’ curb appeal on the showroom floor.
“Gel products are in high demand right now, but incorporating gel into a mattress isn’t enough. The gel layer is formed from hexagonal columns fused together to form a durable honeycomb structure. When one Relief Point™ column relaxes to cradle a pressure point the surrounding columns redistribute the weight, customizing alignment and maintaining even support. In addition, the hollow column design allows air to circulate, creating a temperature neutral, breathable mattress.
