Gorman's In Talks With Klingman's To Preserve Ailing Retailer

The Michigan Business Review reported that, "As the parking lots filled up with shoppers looking for going-out-of-business deals at furniture retailers Israels Designs for Living and Klingman's, the Israels family hopes an alliance with an upscale suburban Detroit furniture retailer will preserve the company's two stores -- and its name."
