Furniture Liquidators of America announced that it is proceeding with its plans of presenting Charlotte shoppers, on a limited time basis, with the best deals in home furnishings and accessories by launching a re-grand opening of its original location at 7201 Smith Corners Blvd, as well as adding an additional location in Mooresville at 598-C River Highway.
According to Jeff Davis, Innovision Retail President and Owner, Furniture Liquidators of America’s parent company, the stores offer shoppers the opportunity to buy select brand name home furnishings and accents at a fraction of the cost of traditional retailers by keeping low overhead and utilizing prime real estate locations via short-term leases. The concept enables the company to pass significant savings onto shoppers on everything for their homes.
"I’ve been in the home furnishings industry for a long time," says Davis, "and more than ever shoppers are looking to names they can trust, from a retailer they can trust, but at a price they can afford."
The Smith Corners location, which opened in January, is celebrating a re-grand opening, according to Davis, because the store concept was so well received by shoppers in that specific location. Allowing real estate opportunities to lead the way, Innovision Retail identified and secured a second event location within the greater Charlotte DMA in the Mooresville market area that wholly fit Furniture Liquidators of America’s business model.
"The Mooresville and Lake Norman area suburbs of Charlotte fit perfectly into our company’s middle market demographic profile", says Davis. "Linen’s n Things vacated a 30,000 sq-ft store adjacent to Super Target last year, and we were fortunate to secure that space with a flexible lease. The space will establish us in that marketplace through August of 2010."
Furniture Liquidators of America is the retail creation of Asheboro, NC based Innovision Retail.
