Linwood Furniture annouced that it is introducing a custom color program to their Villages of Gulf Breeze Collection that allows consumers to choose from over 500 painted finishes, that can be shipped within 20 business days.
Each Linwood dealer will be provided with a fandex of more than 500 colors from which the consumer can choose to match to their particular décor. For a minimum upcharge, Linwood can then match the color chip to a painted finish that can be applied to any piece in the Villages of Gulf Breeze collection, which includes bedroom, dining room and occasional pieces. The furniture can be shipped within 20 working days upon receipt of the order. Currently, the original seven painted finishes are shipped within 10 business days.
Linwood President Bryan Starnes stated that the company wanted to offer the consumer more options in customizing their homes. “With the increasingly popular trend of furniture customization, why limit yourself to 10 or so color options,” Starnes said. “Why can’t we offer the consumer any paint color they want, allowing them to create a color scheme to fit their individual lifestyle?”
In addition to the original seven paint colors and the new Kaleidoscope program, Linwood is also offering a solid stained cherry top option for all of the paints, providing almost limitless options in customizing furniture to one’s taste. The Kaleidoscope program will be shown and available to order effective at the upcoming October market.
