ICFA To Celebrate 50th Year At Appolo Awards Ceremony

The Apollo Awards were launched the same year the Summer and Casual Furniture Manufacturers Association, now the ICFA, was founded. Past presidents of the Association will be honored at the gala golden anniversary celebration.  

Apollo Award winners from each decade also will be spotlighted as a way of commemorating the rich history of the awards program. For 50 years, the Apollo has been conferred on the industry’s top retail companies, always recognizing excellence in both the merchandising and sales of outdoor furniture and accessories. 

This year’s celebration will once again include a tribute to the two recipients of the ICFA’s Lifetime Achievement Awards, as well as a runway fashion show featuring the latest outdoor fabrics. 

Tickets to the historic awards dinner are available to ICFA members only for $48. The 50^th annual event will be held in the Great Hall at Chicago’s Union Station during the International Casual Furniture and Accessories Market.
