MarCole Interactive Systems and the Western Home Furnishings Association (WHFA) announced a business partnership enabling WHFA member stores to implement MarCole Gift RegistryWorks™ and / or CatalogWorks™ at group discount prices, enabling them to potentially save several hundred dollars per year.

Gift RegistryWorks is a scaleable, modular hosted gift registry solution - for in-store and web deployment. Hand-held barcode scanners can optionally be used in-store for self-service or assisted gift registry setup. Integration with a retailers POS system is possible. Multiple product images and detailed product descriptions can be included. CatalogWorks can be deployed as a non-transactional product information only system, or with complete e-commerce capability.

David Pava, VP of Sales and Marketing for MarCole says, “Gift RegistryWorks and CatalogWorks can be deployed independent of, or tightly integrated with each other. This allows independent retailers such as the WHFA members to offer contemporary gift registry, on-line product information and shopping comparable to the big-box National chains and Department Stores at a fraction of the cost.”

Kaprice Crawford of the WHFA added “Our members have been looking for a cost effective registry and catalog solution for sometime and we know we have found a great partner in MarCole”.

MarCole, headquartered in Walnut Creek, CA is an IBM Premier Business Partner established in 1991 and is the leading provider of gift registry solutions for multi-channel retailers.
