Bograd's Fine Furniture To Host Benefit For Children's Neurological and Cancer Research

Bograd's Fine Furniture will host a unique charity event for The Colleen Giblin Foundation to benefit children's neurological and cancer research on Thursday, May 7th from 6:30pm-9:30pm. The fundraiser will take place at the Bograd's showroom located at 81 Hamburg Turnpike in Riverdale, NJ (just off exit 53 from I-287). The evening will feature a variety of entertainment and attractions with food provided by Ome Caterers. Special guests for the evening include 4 former members of the New York Giants, Harry Carson, Bart Oates, Ottis Anderson and Jim Burt, who will run "commentary" around video highlights from their previous Super Bowl victories. Noritake, world renowned makers of fine China and tableware, will present an exclusive preview of some of their new patterns and will officiate a "table setting competition" with local interior designers. Featured entertainment for the evening includes vocalist Wendy Lane Bailey, accompanied by pianist Rick Jensen and Master magician Artie Miller. There is also a silent auction featuring items such as Noritake China, an original sculpture from local artist Patricia Watson, autographed sports memorabilia, catered delights from Ome Caterers, and much more. There will be door prizes, special gifts and goody bags with valuable offers. Tickets are $30 per person (with limited availability) and additional donations will be gladly accepted.
