Design-Driven Resources Expand in Las Vegas Design Center

Furniture World News Desk on 12/20/2019

International Market Centers (IMC) announced that four Las Vegas Design Center (LVDC) showrooms will be relocating, expanding and renewing in time for Winter 2020 Las Vegas Market, running Jan. 26 – Jan. 30, 2020. Located on the first two floors of Building A on the World Market Center Las Vegas campus, LVDC offers interior designers and other members of the trade year-round access to 120+ of the industry's finest product lines.

“Las Vegas Design Center is the premiere destination at Las Vegas Market for design-seeking buyers and trade professionals,” said Cain Brodie, general manager of LVDC. “Outside of Market, LVDC serves as a year-round resource for the regional design community, offering a range of top trade brands in furniture, fabrics, lighting, floor coverings, wall décor and decorative accessories.”

Two tenants are relocating or expanding their showrooms in Las Vegas Design Center. Pacific Green (bedding, chairs, coffee and side tables, lighting, sofas and storage) is relocating and expanding by 60 percent into a 4,616-square-foot showroom on A2; and Vanguard Furniture Company (bathroom, bedroom, dining room, living room and office) is expanding by 40 percent into a 5,791-square-foot space on A1.

Additionally, two current tenants have renewed their commitment to LVDC on A2. These showrooms include: Elegant Lighting Inc. (furniture and lighting) and Kalco Lighting (fixed wired lighting, lamps, furniture and accessories).

In total, LVDC is home to nearly 30 to-the-trade showrooms showcasing 120+ product lines. Las Vegas Design Center resources include Capel Rugs, Global Views, Eastern Accents, Four Hands, European Bath, Kitchen, Tile & Stone, Leftbank Art, and Phillips Collection, among others.

Beyond products, Las Vegas Design Center builds community: industry professionals and associations gather throughout the year for engaging seminars and programs, networking events, and special occasions. LVDC also is home to nine interior design firms located in the Design Office area on the second floor. New interior designer offices include: Zen Interiors Inc., an interior design firm founded in New York City by principal designer Thomas C. Burger; and Infinite Trend, a Las Vegas-based interior design firm and supplier. Additionally, World Market Center Las Vegas’ on-campus restaurant, Old Soul, is located in LVDC and open year-round for lunch and dinner.

Las Vegas Design Center is located at 495 S. Grand Central Pkwy on the World Market Center Las Vegas campus, and is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holiday closures. To learn more, go to https://www.lasvegasmarket.com/year-round/lvdc.
