Las Vegas Market Expands Gift Presentation for Winter Market

Las Vegas Market announced that it is expanding its gift presentation with 22 new, expanding, relocating and renewing gift showrooms confirmed for Winter 2020 Las Vegas Market, Jan. 26 – Jan. 30, 2020. These latest leasing gains will add 47,000+ square feet to Las Vegas Market’s nearly 450,000 square feet of permanent gift resources.

“Las Vegas Market has something for every gift buyer,” said Dave Savula, executive vice president, president of gift and apparel leasing for International Market Centers. “With these recent leasing gains, Las Vegas Market offers an even more comprehensive collection of new and innovative gift products to satisfy the retailers and designers who shop our market.”

Five new showrooms are debuting in Building C this winter, adding a combined total of 5,301 square feet to the Market. Greener Valley Trading (wine-holders, cheese boards, platters and bowls), Gund, a Division of Spinmaster (toys and plush), and Just Dough It! (food and drink replicas) will debut on C11; Lakegirl (clothing, accessories & gifts) is debuting on C10; and Pavilion Gift (home, kitchen, baby and kids, fashion) is opening on C6.

Five existing tenants are expanding or relocating their showrooms for Winter Market. Kiss That Frog (tabletop and home décor) and Be Home (tabletop, flatware, serveware, stoneware) are expanding by 50 percent into a 7,031-square-foot showroom on C1 to accommodate two new lines: Bonnecaze (handmade antiques) and Laguiole en Aubrac (hand-crafted cutlery); and Quilling Card (greeting cards, gifts and jewelry) is expanding by 50 percent into a 1,026-square-foot showroom on C10. Pacific Trading (giftware, tabletop accessories, home décor accessories) is relocating and expanding by 45 percent into a 2,120-square-foot showroom on C9; and Stony Creek (decorative lighted glass) is renewing and relocating on C7.

Additionally, 12 current tenants are renewing their commitment to Las Vegas Market this January. Renewing showrooms are: Dekorayson Gifts & Décor (home and holiday décor); DEMDACO (gifts, home and entertaining, holidays, baby, fashion); Dutch House Confections (homemade caramel candy and gourmet almond toffee); Evergreen Enterprises (flags, home décor, garden accents, fashionable gifts, licensed sports items); Garden Age Supply (Home and garden decor); Grace by Catherine Sullivan (gift, museum, apparel/boutique, home accent, stationery, pet, specialty, spa/resort); Hanna's Handiworks, LLC. (Christmas, holiday, seasonal, home décor and licensed collegiate merchandise); MATCH (dinnerware, flatware, kitchenware, trays and bowls); Old World Christmas (Christmas ornaments); Olivia Riegel (tabletop, giftware and decorative accessories); The Resident Chef (soup and dip mixes); and Zaer LTD (home and garden decor).

Las Vegas Market showcases more than 2,170 gift and lifestyle resources on seven showroom floors in Building C and temporary exhibits in the Pavilions at Las Vegas Market.
