BEDGEAR Makes 3 New hires and 1 Promotion in Merchandising, Education and Logistics

BEDGEAR recently announced new additions to their forecasting and planning, sales education and logistics departments. This includes Lori Thompson as Senior Manager of Forecasting and Planning, Nicole Felix as a Sleep Coach and James Schronce as Logistics Manager. Alongside these key hires, BEDGEAR also announced the recent promotion of Andrea Antinozzi to the company’s merchandising department as the Director of Merchandising.

Forecasting and planning at BEDGEAR will report into the merchandising department, acting as a hub of information between sales, merchandising, and operations. Overseeing this department is Lori Thompson as Senior Manager. Lori joined BEDGEAR earlier this month and brings with her a cross-functional expertise in business and quantitative analysis. Most recently, Lori spent five years at Lacrosse Unlimited working as Director of Planning and Allocation and before that spent 24 years at J. Crew Group Inc. in various planning roles.

Last year, Andrea Antinozzi joined BEDGEAR as the Director of New Channel Strategy, driving new national accounts such as Macy’s. In her new role, Andrea will take on new responsibilities including the development of the team’s personal and professional growth, the creation of industry-leading products, and planning and executing strategic product assortments that drive sales and achieve BEDGEAR’s vision of innovation.  

Nicole Felix is joining the BEDGEAR sales education team as a Sleep Coach, where she will train and facilitate relationships with BEDGEAR’s retail partners.  Nicole brings an extensive background in customer service, sales, client relations and merchandising. Bringing more than eight years of experience in the furniture and sleep industry, Nicole has worked for Mattress Firm and Macy’s. A bi-lingual speaker with Spanish being her native language, Nicole will represent BEDGEAR in Florida and Latin America to support the brand’s global expansion.

James Schronce joins the BEDGEAR logistics team as a manager based in Rock Hill, S.C. James brings more than 20 years of experience in logistics and planning. His skill set includes contract negotiations, sourcing, transportation, and strategic planning. Before joining BEDGEAR, James worked at Flint Group Flexographic Products where he was responsible for all aspects of logistics in North America including purchasing, warehousing, transportation, and inventory.
