Orgatec 2018 Expects Strong North American Participation

Koelnmesse recently announced that in less than 4 weeks, the global community of architects, interior designers, facility managers and the trade will come together at Orgatec, an industry event for Office Interiors and Facility Management. This show takes place every other year in Cologne, Germany. Show dates are October 23-27, 2018.

The organizer expects over 50,000 attendees and 600 exhibitors from 40 countries. Main categories include Space, Contract, Mobile and Office. This year will see a strong involvement of North American participation.

Associations in this event, such as ASID, IIDA and BIFMA will all take part in Orgatec’s “Trend Forum”. Tony Brenders, CEO of Interior Designers of Canada and Jason Kasper, President of IDC, are amongst the Canadian Associations visiting Orgatec to discover possible future involvement. Orgatec’s new VIP Buyer program also received a good response and buyers from U.S. retailers are expected to attend this October’s event.
