Copeland Furniture Highlights for Fall 2018

Furniture World News Desk on 10/6/2018

Copeland Furniture, recently announced the introductions of its latest designs for Fall. This season, taking inspiration from Art Deco, Copeland Furniture incorporates angular lines into their signature mid-century modern style. The Keaton Bedroom Collection and Meyer Dining Table series mark the latest additions to their current range of furniture collections. These designs will make their first appearances at the Fall High Point Market (Showplace-5100, Floor 5), October 13 - 17, 2018. Awarded Silver Exemplary Membership Status by the Sustainable Furnishings Council (SFC) and the Sage Award for environmental excellence by the AHFA, Copeland Furniture maintains its environmental values in all of its designs. These new designs were crafted in line with Copeland’s dedication to eco- friendliness and to using sustainably harvested hardwood from the American Northern Forest.

Driven by the elements of Art Deco, the Keaton Bedroom Collection has a touch of modernity with a smooth and flawless feel. “I have always wanted to design a ‘sleigh’ bed. This is actually my take on a modern Art Deco ‘sleigh’ bed. The upholstered components are intended to add softness to the sharp lines of the bed”, said the designer, Armin Driver who has been designing for 30 years. Known for its aesthetic designs of hardwood furniture, Copeland incorporates the elements of luxury and drama simultaneously in this latest collection.

The Keaton Bedroom Collection comes with a full range of case pieces. The cases with soft-close drawers and the bed are made of American black walnut wood with a natural finish. This Bedroom Collection celebrates modern life with its smooth and streamlined surfaces.

In the Meyer Dining Table series, glass was incorporated to create an element of contrast which is very much part of Copeland’s latest inspiration. The Meyer Dining Table series is also made of American black walnut wood and comes with a natural finish as well. The Keaton and Meyer designs offer home owners and interior designers luxurious, heirloom furniture with a durable finish and guilt free, eco-friendly original pieces.
