Lawrence Michael (Larry) Powell Passes Away at 94

The LA Times reported that Lawrence Michael (Larry) Powell passed away on Thursday, he was 94.

Larry was a pioneer in the furniture business originally known as knockdown/KD ready-to-assemble furniture, and his company, Powell Company, was known throughout the world. Powell Company, established in 1968,  designs, imports and distributes youth, occasional, dining and accent furniture across all style categories for retailers around the world.
