Crosley Brands acquires Rainmaker Imports

Crosley Brands recently announced the acquisition of Quincy, Ill.-based Rainmaker Imports. The Rainmaker acquisition fits in nicely with Crosley Brands, which is also a major supplier of indoor and outdoor furniture to retailers nationwide.

Rainmaker Imports brings a full line of patented, foldable furniture and outdoor lifestyle products to the Crosley product assortment. The products include folding patio cushion storage bins, swimming pool storage carts, folding wagons, BBQ grills, retro coolers and a portable, mobile merchandising table/bar.

Crosley will add the Rainmaker outdoor items to its already robust offering of outdoor products. Crosley will also utilize the patented folding POPABAR as a keystone item in its newly-formed Promotional Products division.

Crosley is also launching a merchandising program for aspiring musicians whereby the company will be providing vinyl records, logo apparel and various other swag to musicians at cost along with the POPABAR Merch table. This will help musicians fund their operations by selling merchandise at music venues.

John Griffard, co-founder of Griffard & Associates/Rainmaker Imports will join Crosley as the National Sales Manager of Special Markets.
