ELFA International, the New York-based mattress ticking and textile design and sourcing company, recently announced that it has opened a 25,000-square-foot warehouse in Marion, North Carolina, to better serve its customers throughout the Southeast. The facility will allow ELFA to shorten delivery times, as well as increase inventory and product availability for its customers.

The Marion, North Carolina, facility is the company’s second domestic warehouse; the other warehouse, a 25,000-square-foot operation, is located in Elkhart, Indiana.

“As our business continues to grow, this second warehouse greatly enhances our ability to provide faster and more efficient service to our customers,” said Edward Assile, president of ELFA International. “Our just-in-time warehouse and distribution strategy is one of the things that differentiates our brand from others. We are quick to respond to our partners’ needs and the new facility shortens the travel time for products to our customers in the Southeast.”

ELFA is committed to shipping orders received by 11 a.m. the same day. Orders placed after that hour, are shipped out the following day.

Each of the ELFA warehouses consistently stock three months of fabrics to assure in-stock availability and seamless processing and delivery. All of the company’s fabrics are designed by its in-house design team located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and manufactured in Asia to the company’s highest specifications.
