Saxon-Clark Furniture in Orlando celebrates 22 Years With Addition of New Store

The new Saxon-Clark location in College Park has a Grand Opening Friday, May 11th.

Saxon-Clark, a comprehensive and full-service interior design firm and furniture store, recently announced the opening of its’ newest Central Florida storefront in College Park.

The new location marks a return to College Park, where the Saxon-Clark story began 22 years ago.
In 1996 Donnie Saxon envisioned a furniture and design company that would offer the best value and quality available. He quietly located a storefront in College Park and worked to make that vision a reality, renovating the space and even crafting the original granite sign himself.

With an eye for detail and a background in marketing, the new business quickly gained in popularity and within two years of their initial opening they were adding another location in Altamonte Springs.

That store in Altamonte has grown to 30,000 square feet today, carries over 70 name brands, has a team of designers and incorporates a design center, custom window treatments, rug gallery and in-house floral department. Plus, customers can even take advantage of their in-home remodeling services for kitchen and baths.

Saxon, who credits his success to his customers stated “I listen to my customers and respond to what their wants and needs are. Saxon-Clark has evolved to become a full-service business because that’s what my customers wanted. We can supply everything for their home, from bedding to window treatments all the way down to a light bulb.” He adds, “when designers and customers told me they missed the College Park location over and over again, I knew it was time to bring it back.”

The new 3,000 square foot College Park store will be located at 2421 Edgewater Drive in Orlando and will offer all the brands and services available in the Altamonte location, just in a much more intimate setting.
Saxon-Clark co-owner and General Manager Jason Baird oversaw the renovation of the new location and stated “the new space in the neighborhood where it all started is an exciting opportunity for us. It’s a more convenient location to many of the Central Florida designers who utilize us for their clients as well as the opportunity for us to work in the community that helped launch our store.” Baird added, “I think our style blends seamlessly with the College Park community and the residents have welcomed us back with open arms.”

Saxon-Clark Furniture, Patio & Design’s new College Park location will officially open Friday, May 11, 2018.
