In this challenging position, you will develop and manage a team of commissioned Sales/Design Consultants. You will be responsible to partner with your team members and generate sales growth to achieve company objectives through effective training, coaching, motivating and directing. We are seeking an individual with a winning attitude who has the right combination of abilities to improve designer effectiveness, achieve sales goals and increase overall customer satisfaction. If you have proven design skills and possess the ability to develop others to excel we want to hear from you!
