-Greet and welcome customers to the store with enthusiasm.
-Be dedicated to a high level of customer service and sales productivity.
-Determine and understand customer needs by asking open ended questions.
- Explain product features and benefits, while addressing customer needs.
-Regularly provide feedback to management on customer questions and comments.
-Follow through on special orders and customer requests.
-Maintain displays and stock. |
Job
Requirements:
Good communication skills and prior retail sales experience in home furnishings and/or residential interior decorating background is essential.
