• Developed a furniture repair team that consisted of existing Macy’s associates, Robinson’s May associates and W.J Conlon & Son’s associates to become one productive team.
• Evaluated and authorized expenses to ensure cost effectiveness of all purchases.
• Collaborated with the management team to align all processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to strengthen area performance and executing improvement initiatives.
• Conducted vendor clinics on damaged/defective goods along with vendor representatives to determine the most effective procedures and processes.

• Developed an expansion plan to establish standardized operational procedures to maximize quality control, vendor reviews and repair processes.
