Foss Manufacturing Appoints Jeff Dellinger Managing Director, fibers Business Unit

Foss Manufacturing Company, a leader in the research and innovation of specialty synthetic fibers and nonwoven fabrics, announced the appointment of Jeff Dellinger to Managing Director of its Fiber Business Unit. Mr. Dellinger’s responsibilities include the management of several key areas for Foss’ Fiber Unit and throughout the company: global sales and marketing, technical service, customer solutions, and business support activities. “Jeff’s proven success in developing long term business relationships and successful business programs will help elevate Foss’ strategic sales and manufacturing efforts,” said Stephen Foss, Chairman, President, and CEO of Foss Manufacturing. “His considerable knowledge of the industry and his commitment to excellence, creativity, and innovation will greatly assist Foss in continuing to deliver new and improved fibers to the variety of markets we serve.” Mr. Dellinger brings extensive global management, marketing, and customer service experience to Foss, having made his mark in the international fiber market through successful work with Mexico, Central America, Canada, Europe, and China. Most recently he held the positions of Director of Sales for the Acrylic Fiber Division of Solutia Inc.; Business Manager, North America for Acordis Acrylic Fibers; and National Accounts Manager for Tietex International - all manufactures of specialty fibers. Mr. Dellinger is credited for growing Acordis’ North American market by over 91% in his seven year tenure with the company. Throughout his career, Mr. Dellinger has led innovative initiatives that resulted in new fibers used in the upholstery, specialty apparel, outdoor furniture, bedding, automotive, and marine markets.
