Aaron Robert Thomas, president of Thomas Plastic Design Corporation, announced the opening of a new division, which will take the lead in establishing the company’s new signature line of acrylic furniture, accessories and art. The signature line will be offered under the Aaron Robert Thomas (A.R.T.) brand name and can be viewed online at: http://www.aaronrthomas.com The line has received critical acclaim in the Los Angeles market along with high marks and praise from interior designers and retailers worldwide. Along with the introduction of the signature line the company will be expanding its presence in the area of custom design. With just the anticipation of the new line the number of request for custom pieces has exploded. The new division seeks to encourage these types of requests. The president believes that through the creation of custom pieces the brand’s vision of simplicity and comfort can be extended and fully realized. Aaron recently extended the brand’s vision by designing an acrylic sandwall that organically brings the look and feel of the ocean indoors. The sandwall will be featured in an upcoming episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, which will air this Easter Sunday, (3/27/05). Pieces of the new signature line have also been featured in the family television movie, Christmas at Water’s Edge, and in a Grammy award winning artist’s music video.
