AMERICAN LEATHER Announces New Sales Team

AMERICAN LEATHER, the custom design leather furniture leader, has announced the addition of three new sales positions. Glenn Paluch, Regan Bays an. d Dana Linsley will provide sales representation and business development for the company in the western. mid-western and southern United States, respectively. Glenn Paluch, director of sales and marketing, western region, has been with AMERICAN LEATHER since 1991. Previously, Paluch managed the company's over all marketing and sales program. He will now concentrate on sales and marketing in the Western United States in order to better develop AMERICAN LEATHER's marketing program and strategies in the region. Based in Boulder, Colo., Paluch's territory includes Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, North and South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming. Paluch attended Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas and received a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Regan Bays is responsible for AMERICAN LEATHER's territory in Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota. She has ten years experience in sales and management, in both retail and outside sales positions, Most recently, as manager of a $13.8 million Chicago retail furniture operation, she was responsible, for staffing, budgeting, training and visual display. Bays received a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dana Linsley represents the AMERICAN LEATHER line in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. Linsley is a professional with eight years experience in property management and sales. Her background includes corporate apartment rentals and condominium sales requiring suggestive selling of facility upgrades and furniture quality, as well as price negotiations, marketing, budgeting and staffing. Linsley attended DeKalb College in Dunwoody, Ga. "All three of these individuals are important members of our sales team," said Cary Benson, vice president of sales and marketing for AMERICAN LEATHER. "They will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies in their respective markets."
