Drew Rieling, a 20 year home furnishings veteran, is bringing his expertise to Shepherd Management Group as its newest account manager. For the last 15 years, Rieling has served as store manager for Roberds in Georgia. As store manager, Rieling oversaw all aspects of store operations. "At Roberds, the store manager functions almost as an owner, so I was responsible for everything, more than just sales management," Rieling explained. Ted Shepherd, CEO of Shepherd Management Group, is glad to have Rieling on board. "Drew's vast store management background will be of great help to our clients. He'll be an asset to our team," he said. Rieling is looking forward to his work at Shepherd. "It will be a nice change of pace. I really like training and motivating people."
