The International Home Furnishings Representatives Association will continue to offer a wide variety of market services during the Spring of 1998. RepCom features AT&T and Wil-tel fiber-optic networks as well as voice mail, a national cellular service, electronic bulletin boards, and many others. Legal Counsel: IHFRA's general counsel will be available for free legal consultations held in 30-minute intervals from 1 to 5pm Monday, April 27th. Copy/Fax Service: The IHFRA office will offer standard copies at 10 cents each, and collated, stapled and hole punched copies for 15 cents each. Fax transmitting available for non-members at $2 per page and $1 per page for IHFRA members. Opportunity Center: Reps can find out about the newest available lines and territories available and manufacturers can search for reps to carry their lines. This service available to members only. Resume Service: IHFRA offers sales reps seeking lines a chance to confidentially advertise themselves by providing a resume to keep on file for interested manufacturers. Wheat First Union: Financial analyst, stock broker, and member of the NY Stock Exchange Richard Malloy will be available by appointment to discuss investments and the IHFRA SEP-IRA program, an investment-retirement program for IHFRA members and home furnishings sales reps.
