The Ed Vosburgh Award will be presented to the outstanding Virginia/ Carolinas Sales Representative of the Year at the MARKET SIZZLE, Tuesday, April 28, 1998. The event is sponsored by the International Home Furnishings Centers, Virginia/Carolinas Home Furnishings Representatives' Association and the Southern Home Furnishings Association. Entertainment will feature THE SENSATIONS BAND, a local favorite specializing in TOP 40, Beach and Motown. Cocktails begin at 6:00 p.m. in the International Ballroom, IHFC, Green Wing, 11th floor. A dinner buffet will begin at 7:00 p.m., awards ceremony at 7:45 p.m. and show time at 8:00 p.m. with music and dancing to follow until 10:00 p.m. Tickets are $15.00 and may be purchased in advance through the VCHFRA office 336-886-4717 or the SHFA office 336-885-6146. Cash bar is available. The MARKET SIZZLE is part of the MARKET BONUS DAYS. This promotion features special accommodations, educational seminars and entertainment for designers, accessory buyers and small dealers attending the second half of market.
