Sealy, Inc., the largest mattress manufacturer in North America, announced that Bassett-brand products distribution has expanded to the following stores: Slumberland Clearance Centers, Top Hat Furniture, Mattress City, Ace Furniture, American TV, Elder-Beerman and Goldstein’s. Bassett Furniture Direct stores, Bassett At Home Galleries, and several independent stores will also continue to carry the Bassett brand. "The boom in Bassett sales in the Midwest region reflects the growing demand for affordable quality mattresses," stated Ron Jones, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sealy. "We are pleased to fulfill the growing merchandise needs of such a diverse group of retailers and look forward to maintaining long, beneficial relationships with them all." Each retailer will sell three to seven SKUs.
