Samuel Bent LLC, a subsidiary of Furniture Renaissance ILLC, has purchased the assets of S. Bent and Brothers, Inc. in a secured party asset sale effective February 11, 2000. The secured-party-purchase of the assets of S. Bent & Brothers, Inc. represents Furniture Renaissance's Initial acquisition in thIs Industry. Our objective is to grow organically as well as through the continued acquisition of complementary furniture manufacturers.
