FurnitureFind Corporation announced three appointments to the Company's Board of Directors. The newly named directors are Ryan D. Robinson, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Best Buy Co., Inc., Richard DeAgazio, President of Boston Capital Services, and Lawrence Garatoni, CEO of Health Quest Group. Robinson: Mr. Robinson is Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Best Buy Co., Inc., Eden Prairie, MN. His experience also includes 15 years at ABN AMRO Inc. in Chicago with most recent responsibilities as Senior Vice President and Managing Member of ABN AMRO Capital North America, Inc., a private equity fund. His leadership positions within ABN included roles in corporate finance, acquisition finance, and structured finance. He is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Business and the University of Notre Dame. Richard J. DeAgazio: Mr. DeAgazio is the Executive Vice President of Boston Capital Corporation and President of Boston Capital Services, Inc., Boston, MA. Prior to joining Boston Capital in 1981, Richard was a Senior Vice President and Director of the brokerage division of the international investment banking firm of ABD Securities, Inc. (now Kleinwort, Benson Dresdner Securities (US). Mr. DeAgazio recently served on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Securities Dealers, (NASD) and served on many committees including the National Adjudicatory Council and the NASD's National Business Conduct Committee. He is a graduate of Northeastern University and is a member of the Board of Directors of Cognistar Corporation. Lawrence H. Garatoni: Mr. Garatoni is the Chief Executive Officer of Achieve Healthcare Technologies and Health Quest Group. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, and is a graduate of the Owner/Presidents Program of the Harvard Business School. Mr. Garatoni founded the Health Quest Group in 1970. Since then, the company has become one of the dominant firms in its market. Recently, Mr. Garatoni, and other members of the Health Quest senior management team created HQ Venture Capital.
