Negovetich has joined the furniture design and manufacturing company as Chief Operating Officer.  His expertise in financial management, strategic planning and fiscal responsibility for global, multi-plant manufacturing operations convinced the executive search team that he was the most qualified candidate for this newly created position within the rapidly expanding company.

“We’re delighted to have John on board, a stellar addition to our team,” said Jim Sexton, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Z-Line Designs.  “His experience will help us streamline our management systems, accelerate quality control measures and implement long-range planning goals,” noted Sexton.

During the past 25 years, Negovetich has held positions with Ernst & Young, The Sunbeam Corporation where, over 14 years, he moved rapidly from Division Controller, to CFO to Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Sourcing Operations.  He subsequently joined Hawker Siddeley Investments Inc, as Vice President and CFO and then Tokheim Corporation where he began as CFO moving up to President for North American Operations.  Prior to joining Z-Line, Negovetich held various positions in Central Garden and Pet Company where he spearheaded over a half billion dollars in acquisitions.

"I am pleased to join the Z-Line Designs organization.  I share the vision, passion, and dedication of this creative industry leader.  Implementing best practices throughout the organization we will bring a paradigm shift to this industry by introducing compelling solutions to our retailers and more importantly to our consumers.  We will continue to build on the success of the Z-Line brand, already one of the most recognized brands in the industry, through innovative marketing and consumer awareness.  I look forward to the many opportunities in the exploding market for innovative consumer home office and home entertainment technology,” said Negovetich.
