Manna Freight Systems Expands Regional Distribution Center Capability

National logistics provider Last Mile Home recently announced the opening of a regional distribution center in Atlanta bringing its total of permanent distribution centers to seven across the United States.
Manna Freight Systems President Al Meehan said, “We continue to deliver logistics solutions through our brands and regional distribution centers. Retailers and manufacturers take advantage of forward staging at our distribution centers, reducing last mile delivery times.” Last Mile Home is one of three Manna Freight Systems logistics brands delivering large consumer products to homes throughout the United States. Since 2014, Last Mile Home has established more than 20 permanent or staging distribution operations for furniture, appliances and other consumer goods for major retailers.
According to Last Mile Home Distribution Centers Director Brian Tennant, the Atlanta distribution center is available for furniture, electronics, exercise equipment, appliances, and other large consumer products. The location of the facility is 3916 Shirley Dr. SW in Atlanta.
