BedGear Hires New Chief Intellectual Property Counsel

BedGear recently announced the appointment of Joseph Codispoti as Chief Intellectual Property (IP) Counsel. As the brand continues to grow both domestically and internationally, expanding into new channels, BedGear welcomes Codispoti to oversee the protection of BedGear’s innovative product offerings. He will be reporting directly to Shana Rocheleau, VP of Strategy.
Codispoti brings more than 30 years of experience in both engineering and law to his new position. A specialist in intellectual property strategy, research, and the prosecution of patent and trademark applications, Codispoti will be invaluable as BedGear furthers its IP and patent portfolio, and confirms new strategic partners. Prior to joining BedGear, he worked for top technology corporations, including Westinghouse Electric Corporation and Siemens Corporation. As BedGear continues to redefine the sleep category, Codispoti’s background in technology-focused intellectual property positions BedGear as a formidable company in the protection of their groundbreaking brand and products.
