E.S. Kluft Expands Sales Leadership Team with 2 Industry Vets

Luxury bedding manufacturer E.S. Kluft & Co. reports that it has added two well-known industry sales executives to its leadership team. Bill Visser becomes vice president of sales for the western region, and Brett Swygman will be vice president of sales for the central region. Both join one of the most experienced sales organizations in the industry, led by Dominick Azevedo, executive vice president of sales. The team is rounded out with Chad Megard, who is senior vice president of sales for the eastern region and Canada, and Doug Kinde, vice president of national accounts.


Prior to joining Kluft, Visser was regional vice president of western U.S. and Canada for bedding supplier Boyd Sleep, and prior to that role was regional vice president of sales for Simmons Bedding. In addition to his 21 years in the wholesale side of the industry, Visser has 11 years of retail experience with RC Willey Furniture. Visser attended Weber University and currently lives in Kaysville, Utah, with his family.


Swygman’s 16-year career has been with Simmons. Most recently, he was vice president of store success with Simmons. He joined the company in 2001 as a sales representative. During his time with the company, he was a territory manager and was also director of sales education and development when he created the company’s sales training curriculum. Swygman lives in Cumming, Ga., and he graduated from Ottawa University
