On Sunday, November 5th, over 10,000 people joined in the annual Walk for Hope on the campus of City of Hope in Duarte, CA. Each year, walkers of all ages join as a community for this annual fundraising event in support of the fight against women's cancers.

Leading the industry was the team from AICO; a group of 70 walkers comprised of staff members along with family, close friends and fellow industry associates. Known as the “AICO All-Stars”, the team is lead by team captain and AICO President, Martin Ploy. Ploy said, “I am so proud of our team. Every year we dedicate ourselves to raising money for this Walk for Hope. So far this year, we’ve been able to contribute over $36,000 to this great event. We're very proud of our ongoing commitment to City of Hope to help fight women's cancer, and hope we inspire others to join the fight, as well.”

City of Hope is leading the battle against cancers unique to women through research, treatment and education. The Walk for Hope event provides funds to support City of Hope’s efforts to push the boundaries of science to advance research and treatments on behalf of women everywhere.

“We’ve been very fortunate to receive donations from many of our dealers and other industry friends.” Added Ploy, “the tremendous support from Michael Amini and the AICO family have made the AICO All-Stars one of the most consistent and best fundraising teams.”
