The New Platinum Elite Customer Service complements the company’s innovative stable of products with top-notch, 24/7 access to Customatic trained service techs for solutions 364 days a year.
The new initiative accentuates the company’s mission to provide greater value to its dealers. Platinum Elite demonstrates the company’s recent rollout of a network of dedicated field service technicians trained to provide service in Customatic’s line of adjustable foundations. The new program elevates the standard for service in the industry by providing solutions for the common complaints regarding customer service platforms. Standout highlights include live-call answering, no hold time and in-home service when needed within three days.
