ART and IDS Partner Again for 2018 Conference

ART, the creative home furnishings network, and IDS, Interior Design Society (IDS), recently announced that they will hold their second combined conference on April 30 – May 2, 2018 at The DeSoto in Savannah, GA. The 2018 program will feature joint general sessions and social events as well as workshops and seminars that are specific to the two unique memberships. Building on the successful 2017 conference, ART + IDS will plan another community service project in the Savannah area as well as tap the resources available from the design program at SCAD.
“Our combined conference in Scottsdale last May was the first ever joint conference for ART. The energy of the two groups worked so well together and we learned a lot about each other’s groups. Our goal is to continue that partnership, to build on the successes from 2017 and take the next step towards servicing both communities in a meaningful way”, said Sharon Davis of ART.
"We are excited to continue our partnership with ART for the 2018 conference. The relationships built from our collaboration proved to be beneficial for members of both organizations" said Jenny Cano of IDS. "Next year's conference will allow us to build upon a strong foundation, providing attendees with the opportunity to gain fresh knowledge and continue discussions of solutions to key issues facing our industry."
