Customatic Names Director of Customer Care

Customatic Adjustable Bedz recently announced that it is enhancing its customer service experience by naming Brad Mills its new director of customer care. Mills, joins the company from Acushnet Co., the Fairhaven, Mass.-based owner of leading golf brands Titleist and Footjoy, known for its extraordinary customer care experience. Prior to joining Acushnet, Mills was operations manager for Greg Norman Collection. He began his career with State Street Corp., an investment management company.

“Mills’ expertise in exceeding customer expectations will advance Customatic’s customer service to an unmatched level in the home furnishings industry,” said Phil Sherman, managing member for Customatic. “Mills’ experience in process management, operations and root-cause analysis approach to problem solving delivers a wealth of knowledge to the Customatic operations process.”

“We are excited to add Brad to our growing management team,” Sherman added. “His skills were the things we were looking for to help innovate and advance customer service expectations.”

In creating the position and hiring Mills, Customatic demonstrates its commitment to customer service and to the betterment of its customers’ experience.

Mills reports to Robert Eskridge, vice president and chief engineer of Customatic.

Mills received his master’s degree in business administration from Curry College in Milton, Mass., and his bachelor’s degree in political science from Merrimack College in North Andover, Mass.

He resides in Marshfield, Mass., with his family, and serves on the board of directors for the Coastal Stars youth hockey program.
